Introduction:

This consent form applies to data collected through our application and/or through an online
questionnaire survey on the internet. By proceeding with either method of data submission,
you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

Terms:
1. Data Collection: We collect anonymized (non-personal) data through our application
and/or online survey, including:

● Survey responses containing strictly de-identified information submitted via
an online questionnaire

● Brain wave activity metrics (when using the application)

● Data obtained from neurotrackers (when using the application)

● Information about user activities provided during application use
2. Purpose: The collected data is used for research purposes only.

3. Specific Consents:
a. I consent to the use of data from the anonymized survey, whether submitted through
the application or via the online questionnaire.
b. I consent to the processing of brain wave activity metrics (if using the application).
c. I consent to communication through the application (if applicable).
d. I consent to the transfer of non-personal data to third parties, including for a fee.
e. I consent to receive tokens (rewards) according to the project rules.
f. I consent to provide information about my activities during application use for
research purposes.

4. User Obligations:
a. I agree to monitor and respond to notifications from the application in a timely
manner.
b. I commit to providing accurate information about my activities as requested
through the application for research purposes.

5. Data Sharing: The anonymized data will be:
● Transferred to our developers
● Aggregated with other users' data
● Sold to researchers (scientists and medical professionals)

6. Compensation: Any monetary compensation received from the sale of data will be
distributed among users in the form of tokens, as per the project rules.

7. Anonymity: We ensure that all collected data remains completely anonymous and
cannot be traced back to individual users.

8. Voluntary Participation: Your participation in data collection is entirely voluntary. You
may withdraw your consent at any time by discontinuing use of the application or by
not submitting the online survey.

9. Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect your anonymized data against unauthorized access or unlawful processing.
10. Communication: By consenting, you agree to receive communications related to the
project through the application (if applicable).

11. Third-Party Transfer: You agree that your non-personal data may be transferred to
third parties, including for financial compensation.

12. Token Distribution: You agree to receive tokens (rewards) based on your
participation, according to the project rules.

13. Updates to this Consent: We may update this consent form from time to time.
Continued use of the application or submission of the online survey after any changes
constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By using our application or submitting the online survey, you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to these terms of data usage, the specific consents outlined above,
and the user obligations specified.

The User agrees and undertakes to comply with the following rule arising from the specifics
of the project. To participate in the mindmine project, the User must purchase a neurodevice
exclusively from the website https://mindmine.one. Other neurodevices, including those of
the Neiry or Waverocks brands, are objectively not suitable for participation in the project, as
they are not technically designed to solve the project's tasks.
